Sephora - “Color Up Close” Campaign
“Color Up Close” is Sephora’s second campaign apart of the larger initiative of “We Belong to Something Beautiful.” The campaign is a celebration of skin tones, diversity, and inclusivity.
It zeroes in on the need for Sephora’s brands to not only offer a variety of shade ranges, but to honor the diversity of all their clients. The campaign includes ongoing employee education on inclusion, a $1 million donation to five civic and human rights organizations, and a new COLOR iQ experience with improved color-matching technology.
